Location is excellent with easy access to attractions.

The bathroom door didn't close well and had privacy issues. We experienced difficulties with air conditioning that became quite uncomfortable during the heat. Additionally, the absence of a fridge made staying hydrated challenging, as we had to buy bottled water from the adjacent hotel at a high price.

The location is superb! Just a short walk from top attractions and a vibrant shopping mall connected to the hotel. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed and were eager to help.

Great location and comfy room!

The room was super comfy and clean, and the bus stop was just around the corner. I loved that there was a mall connected to the hotel with plenty of places to eat, especially for vegans. Just wished there was a kettle in the room to have some tea in the morning.

Room was clean and spacious , with good free wi-fi. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Access to the mall made dining and shopping super easy. It’s a short walk to the City of Arts and Sciences.
